Hot spot problems

HI

I am having issues with hot spot elements,

1 - everytime I work on the boxes, adding photos or editing, I save it and then the hot spot completely disappears from the page.

2-also is there anyway to control the size of the photos in the boxes...ie making the boxes bigger?

any help would be great!!

Hi,

1) Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.

Also, ensure that you have installed the newest version of Betheme.

2) You can change the size of the image in the Style tab:

thanks so much for your quick response!!!

I cleared the cache, quit all the plugs ( was only using - contact form 7, yoast duplicate post and slider revolution

everything seemed to be working great but when I finished and saved - all the hot points collected under the first hot spot and are not locked to it. ( see in photos)

2- also above I was referring to the photos that open up in the boxes, not the main photo --- is there a way to make the photos bigger inside the boxes that open up.

My apologies for the late response. Somehow, my message was not sent when I prepared it.

Starting from the first point, you have HTML errors in the point's contents.

There is a missing " sign and / in the img tag.

Please correct all HTML errors (if all tags are correct and placed properly), and recheck that.

I changed that, saved it, and now it looks like that:

Hi there,

thanks so much for looking at this and is now spacing correctly

couple questions.

1- is it possible to change the size of the boxes that open and photo size?

2-is it possible to change the position on where the box open...right now it only opens on the top of the button----there seems to be a control selector for this but only opens on the top when hovered over

hey thanks so much

very strange, I tested it on safari, Firefox and chrome and not seeing this, they are all on the top

also I flushed the server cache and still not seeing it, will keep trying stuff

still not able to see the content boxes in different positions .

tried safari chrome and Firefox and tried on iPhone.

Hi,

we are still having issues with the hot spot boxes not appearing on different sides of the hot spots.

I am not seeing it on any browsers nor is my client.

yes you are right, everything seemed to work correctly on phone and iPad, but the desktop is the issue.

on desktop they all appear on the top, is this what you are seeing

Yes sure

on desktop the directions that the boxes open are not correct, they are all on top

On mobile they are all correct

Desktop version is where we are having issures

Yes cleared all cache on all browsers, safari, Firefox and chrome, still not able to see the windows appear where I have set them.

checked another computer (Mac) and couldn't see it on Safari but could see it on Firefox.

what is the browser you are checking this on?
