CLS with Hero Element
I have a problem with CLS with the Be Hero header. For various reasons, I no longer want to use third-party sliders, so I tried to recreate the effect with the Hero element. Unfortunately, when loading the page, I now have a layout shift that is worse than with a slider. Google PageSpeed also complains about this. Therefore, I need some help here on how to solve the problem. Presumably, the graphics are simply loaded with a delay. I am happy to send a screencast or a URL by email to support.
Thank you for your help.

I could not log in to your WP dashboard to check it from the backend.
I tried with /wp-admin, but the credentials you sent redirected me back to the home page.
How can I access your WP dashboard?
Best regards

I received your new crednetials.
Anyway, did you set this user to have admin rights? I cannot enter the WP dashboard to check your construction.
Best regards
Done. Sorry for that.
Is it possible to publish data from clients anonymized. Thx
In your first message, you said that you do not want to use third-party plugins for sliders, but on your website, I can see that you used one for your slider.
We have not tested this plugin with our theme, so you would have to contact the plugin author regarding this.
Anyway, I suggest you try recreating this slider with BeBuilder. Most of our new pre-built websites have a hero made with BeBuilder. For example:

https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/finance5/
https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/dj3/

Hello.
Yes, that statement is correct. I used to have Revolution Slider and hoped that Depicter might be a little leaner. However, their support 8Depicter) is virtually non-existent. So now I'm trying to solve the problem with the Hero Element, as an alternative option to slider Plugins. I just hadn't deactivated Depicter yet; the page where the Hero Element is used does not contain any shortcodes from the plugin.
You have the slider shortcode assigned in the Page Options:
Please do as I mentioned in my previous message: contact this plugin author or recreate your slider with BeBuilder.
Best regards
The page where the hero section of “be” is currently used is not the home page. In the page overview, you can see the different home pages I created to compare “revolution slider,” “Depicter,” and the “hero section.”
The page where the hero section is used is called “Start Hero Section” (URL: ....... com/2023-test/start-hero-section/). No shortcode from Depicter is used on this subpage, only the hero section as the “start element.”
The CLS problem also exists on this subpage. I hope this makes it a little clearer. I have also deactivated the Depicter plugin.

Thank you for the clarification.
The main culprit of the CLS is the animations. See the results when I disabled them for a test in Theme options -> Perfromance:
If you want to eliminate CLS, you should disable animations.
