None of the output has registered internal errors however, rather than the obvious 'cURL error 28: SSL connection timeout' that comes up on the theme's screen. This suggest that the server that needs to verify the IP is timing out.
On our end here, we performed a flush on the DNS cache, which forces the DNS server to discard all cached DNS records, ensuring that subsequent DNS queries are resolved afresh. And afterwards reinstalled your SSL, just to be sure. Though, I am using this opportunity to confirm that, the error reading 'SSL', does not refer to your domain's SSL.
Having that in mind, I found what appears to be the API that is supposed to verify, and testing from your server, it connected without any issues:

So that is not a network issue, but a timeout. And that timeout seems to come from the external server that is verifying your key. That is why I suggest contacting the BeTheme support, and inquiring about the error. You may let them know of the DNS flush we conducted and all the checks we made here.
You can see that this issue is about connection timeout, and the problem is not theme-related. It is all about the hosting provider. He should already recognize and amend this issue by looking at the error message.

Sorry just in case. I see an error on the BeTheme Dashboard that says:
Your server is blocking connection to API server api.muffingroup.com. Please contact your hosting provider.
When I click 'Debug information' it goes to a page that says:
