Mobile Side Menu is stuck
Dear BeTheme Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue while working on a Mobile Side
Menu template.
When I try to save changes to the sidebar menu template for mobile, I am redirected to the BeTheme loading screen and I can no longer access or edit the template. Even after closing the page and logging in again, the builder remains stuck on the loading screen (please see attached video).
I also tried creating a brand-new template from scratch (named “Mobile Sidebar Menu”). I was initially able to create and edit it, but after a few saves the same issue occurred again, and it became stuck on the loading screen.
Could you please help me understand what might be causing this and how to resolve it?

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.
If this will not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Also i have still some issue on the menu:
The close button is enabled and visible in the Mobile Sidebar template inside the builder, but it does not appear in the final mobile slider on the front end. Why is the close button not being rendered even though it is activated in the template settings?
In the Menu Settings, I have set:
However, in the mobile menu:
If “Icon visibility” is set to Show, shouldn’t the icons be displayed?
And if “Submenu” is set to Hide, does this mean the submenu is completely disabled, or just hidden by default but still expandable?
How can I obtain the last result?

Yes, please. However, if this happens again, please let us know. Try to remember the steps you did before it happened, and we will try to replicate that and prevent this issue to reoccur.
