Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.
If this does not help, please keep the minifying plugin disabled, as I need to check your website without it.
Thanks
PS. Please note that we will not be able to answer you during the weekend, but we will be back to you on Monday
I have tried deactivating all plugins one at a time and this has not made any difference to restoring the top right menu I had - which included page links and link to the blog posts.
Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what the reason might be.

Sending incorrect or incomplete data will result in a longer response time.
Therefore, please ensure that the data you send are complete and correct.

Hi
The login and details were sent via contact form.
Thanks
I received your private message, but you did not include FTP credentials.
Please send another message with complete information.
Thanks
Sent info via contact page as before
Bebuilder screen for menu - lost elements and not showing
On Preview - the menu does not show at all - as originally described, since the 28.4.11 update - please kindly help as I cannot have the website like this and it is affecting work.
Sorry, but the login credentials you sent do not work:
Are you sure that they are correct?
You did not attach a host address, so I used a link to your website.
Best regards
Hello can someone respond please it's been 4 days since I raised this issue with the new update.
Thank you!
I sent the login details again by the contact and by email with the username, ftp path, pw and port 21 - please check with your internal team who handles the contact via Envato.
Why can't you access the beBuilder via the wordpress instead?
The Bebuilder pages are not showing as they used to.
I created another header template but the old template details are still there and the home page is not showing as it used to greyed out.
Please note that I have been responding to your messages consistently; however, we are unable to move forward because the FTP login credentials you provided are still not functional. The delay in resolving this issue is due to the lack of valid access to your server. Had the correct and complete information been provided as originally requested, this matter would likely have been settled earlier.
Anyway, I tried the new credentials you sent, and they do not work either (again, you did not attach the host address).
FTP credentials are crucial at the moment, as nothing can be found in the WP panel, and we need to dig into the files to see what is causing your issues.
Best regards
Hi Phil
I have sent the ftp complete details 3 times now - why can't you access it? Which ftp programme are you using?
Ftp.fatcow.com
Please see help page -
https://www.networksolutions.com/help/article/ftp-faqs-troubleshooting
can you not install the previous 27 version as this worked?
Hi
I have reset the PW again and sent the full details again via direct contact email via Envato. Please urgently chec if received?
THanks
also - you used the wrong ftp address in the snapshot you included above - please use correct ftp host
Resent PW to email contact - please refer and please try again!
Hi
Please can I have an update what has happened regarding the issues to the website please?
Thanks
In your previous private messages, the address you provided was ftp.fatcow, without the .com part. Now, credentials work properly.
We are currently working on this and checking what is causing these issues.
Best regards
Thanks. I did send the updated details over two days ago but anyway.
I've already switched off all plug-ins and then re-installed them but this had no effect on the update 28.4.11 - there is definitely something wrong with the update 28.4.11.
All the previous messages I received from you looked like this:
Anyway, it seems to work correctly now.
During troubleshooting, we enabled WP debug, disabled plugins again, and after disabling Jetpack Boost, everything started to work properly.
Please check it out, and confirm if it works for you as well.
Best regards
Hi
The backend blog page and others are not showing correctly - and the actual live page still does not show the menu. Please see images.
After disabling Jetpack, it also displays correctly.
The header is not visible, because it has the following template assigned:
And this template was empty.
I have opened it and restored revision:
Please check it.
Thanks
Hi
the menu is now working but it does not fade out as it previously did, can this be restored?
How do I speed up the site now as I need to make it faster and that is the reason I installed Jet Boost and WP Super Cache?
Thanks
Hi
The menu fades to transparent but dissappears as you scroll, can this please be fixed? Also, the logo text is black on the transparent background when this happens, can this also be fixed please? Thanks
1) I am sorry, but I do not know what fade-out you refer to. Can you explain it in more detail, please?
2) Please check the following link. There you will find instructions about how to improve the loading time for your website.

Hi
Please see the menu and header from Architect 6 theme as this is where it came from.
Will check on the link
