Issue importing templates – “Link expired” error
Hello Muffin Group team,
I purchased two templates and I’m trying to import them into my WordPress website using BeTheme. However, every time I attempt to install or import the template, I receive an error message saying that the link has expired, it happened to 2.
I have already checked my support validity (which is active) and I’m logged into my account correctly.
Could you please help me understand:
- Why this error is happening
- How I can properly install the templates
