Product Filter Not Working When Category is Applied
Issue:
I'm using BeTheme for a hotel website where the main products are hotel rooms. I've recently added a second product line (lifestyle products like pillows) and created two product categories:
- Retreat (hotel rooms)
- Living (lifestyle products like pillows)
Template Configuration:
I've configured 2 Templates for the Archive product type:
- Template 1: Design for "Retreat" product category (hotel rooms) and apply to All Archives
- Template 2: Design for "Living" product category (pillows) and apply to just the "Living" category
Current Behavior:
When configuring shop elements for Template 1 (rooms), I've discovered that:
- Shop Products > All Products (No Category): Filters Form works perfectly, BUT all products (including pillows) are displayed, which I don't want.
- Shop Products > All Products > Category = Retreat: Only hotel rooms display (correct), BUT the Filters Form stops working completely.
Expected Behavior:
I need the Filters Form to work when filtering by the "Retreat" category, so customers can shop and narrow down room choices without seeing lifestyle products.

Question:
How can I enable category filtering while maintaining the Filters Form functionality? Is this a known limitation, or is there a configuration I'm missing?
