links and titles errors

Hello BeTheme Support Team,

I’m having an issue on multiple websites using BeTheme. The heading colors and link colors are not displaying correctly. In some cases, they appear transparent or almost invisible, which makes the text unreadable.

I already checked the Theme Options and color settings, but the issue is still happening across more than one BeTheme website.

Could you please advise what may be causing this issue and how to fix it safely? Is it related to a recent update, browser compatibility, or a CSS conflict?

I can provide website URLs, screenshots, and admin access if needed.

Best regards,

Dexef Web

  • Hi,

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

    Thanks

    Hello BeTheme Support Team,

    Thank you for your response.

I would like to clarify that the issue appears specifically on Google Chrome. The headings and link tags across the websites are showing in white, which makes them invisible or very hard to read in many sections.

We have already sent the website link and screenshots as requested.

Also, we noticed that the same issue appears even when checking some of the newer BeTheme demos/themes that we were planning to purchase and use for new websites.

In addition, the issue appears when we are logged in as an admin as well, so it is affecting our ability to review and manage the website properly from the admin side.

This is a concern for us because we are currently working on multiple websites using BeTheme, and we need to make sure the theme displays correctly on Chrome before using it for upcoming projects.

Could you please check if there is a known compatibility issue with Google Chrome, or if there is a recommended fix/update for this problem?

    Looking forward to your support.

    Best regards,

  • Sorry, but I cannot find the parts you showed in your screenshots. Can you send direct links to them?

Anyway, if it happens or is logged only by users, it could mean that the cache is the culprit.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Thanks
