We have checked IE and there is Open Sans as well. We do not see any difference. We only noticed that under IE9 there is an error in console related with one of your addons pluso-like.js
We have checked the section you mentioned in point 2 and parallax does not work as you mentioned. This may be also related with the addon we mentioned above. We recommend to remove all plugins and addons and then check if it works or not.

I've found it. In font settings.
There should be added "cyrillic" in Google Font Subset.
If some another Russian designer will come to you with this problem say hello from me )
Ok, so we must have a look on it closer while future updates because maybe parallax won't be compatible with IE. But to be sure we must have a look on it closer and this needs time of course.
And! I finally found out where is the point of crashing website - it happens when I add video in Popup.
I have built website from zero on clean WP and new BeTheme installation step by step, with all my custom settings and plugins - everything is just great till I add video in Popup.
