Parent section of a page

Hello,

I want this page [Links visible only for registered users] to have the following link structure [Links visible only for registered users] how can I do that?

I tried to find on the parent section the page "materials" but i can't find it (see the circled area) even though it exists [Links visible only for registered users] and it is being use as a parent page by other pages for example [Links visible only for registered users]

    Please note that the URL structure (permalinks and page hierarchy) is entirely managed by core WordPress functionality and is not controlled or determined by the Betheme theme. Because of this, your question is not related to Betheme itself.

    To achieve what you are looking for, you will need to configure your WordPress Permalink settings or set a parent page under the "Page Attributes" section while editing your page. We recommend searching online for "WordPress page hierarchy and URL structure guide" or checking the official WordPress documentation for detailed instructions on how to set this up.
