Can't download anything from pre build websites

Hi, I used Betheme for years, but now I can't download pre build websites.

The graphic layout appears (colours, fonts), but no pages or contents are downloaded. System status get 0 issues, I have tried with several pre build websites but nothing changes.

What Can I try?

    Hi,

    Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

    It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

    Your server does not have the gzdecode() function enabled, and it is causing your problem with the demo import:

    You have to contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable this function. Then the import will work properly.
