Keine Darstellung einer Animation auf der Homepage - Startseite
Hallo ich nutze den BeBuilder und habe eine Animation auf der Startseite per HTML-Code eingebunden.
Bisher hat diese auch funktioniert. Seit kurzem stelle ich fest, dass diese Animation zwar im Backend, also im BeBuilder sichtbar ist, aber auf der Homepage im Frontend nicht angezeigt wird.
Woran kann das liegen? In der Anlage zwei Bilder von Frontende und Backend mit BeBuilder.

Hello, I am using BeBuilder and have embedded an animation (virtual tour) on the homepage using HTML code.
It used to work fine. Recently, however, I’ve noticed that while the animation is visible in the backend (i.e., within BeBuilder), it does not appear on the live site (frontend).
What could be causing this? I have attached two images showing the frontend and the backend/BeBuilder view.

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent and recheck it.

Should I continue running the site without the child theme, or what should I do?

In our documentation, you can read:
Using a child theme usually means that you want to modify the core theme files. Any mistake in the code may render the page unusable. Please be careful when performing such actions because our support policy does not cover such changes and we will be not able to help you.
So if changes in the child theme are the culprit, you should either contact your web developer to locate and correct the culprit, or stay with the parent theme.
