Displaying Items in the Sidebar Menu Template

hi,

I created a header website with sidebar menu template.

Everything works perfectly except for one small issue: when I log in to edit the template, the page stays blank. To access the elements I want to edit, I have to switch to the iPad view, then I return to the Desktop view and edit the item but I can't see the result. I have to save and go to the live preview of the website. It's not very practical.

I’ve been using Betheme for years and have several licenses. I encountered the same problem on another site, but my support had expired, so I didn’t contact you.

I really hope to get some help soon.
