  Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

  Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent theme and recheck it.

  That´s really strange. I usually work with Firefox. I now opened the page with Chrome - and I See the same like you. Is firefox cusing errors with be Builder?
