Admins only can view Editor

Hello,

I'm not sure where my settings have gone awry, but at the moment only Administrators are able to use the visual editor and text editor when trying to make posts. The text they enter into the text box is also white/non existent. This is the view that someone with the role of "Editor" has:

While this is the view that an Administrator has:

This website will have guest bloggers that I don't want full access to admin rights. I need to get this resolved. Any suggestions?
