Admins only can view Editor
Hello,
I'm not sure where my settings have gone awry, but at the moment only Administrators are able to use the visual editor and text editor when trying to make posts. The text they enter into the text box is also white/non existent. This is the view that someone with the role of "Editor" has:

This website will have guest bloggers that I don't want full access to admin rights. I need to get this resolved. Any suggestions?

WP editor is not related with theme so if options are missing, you should re-install wordpress files because we have no idea what you did and why exactly they disappeared. We did never met with anything similar.
