strange chinese signs on chrome and firefox / explorer displays correctly

Hello,

My be theme website shows the theme signs incorrectly within chrome and firefox. It shows an Chinese sign or empty square.

how can i resolve this issue?

this problem has suddenly occured.

I hope you can help resolve this issue.
