same situation... I install new wordpress (version 4.3) But BeTheme Options not working after that. Open blank and after click any menu nothing happens.
Thanks for the info. When I deactivate the Revolution Slider and Layer Slider the theme builder works. however, this is after I have upgraded my hosting to unlimited. When I click to preview the site the preview page just remains white with zero content unless I deactivate the sliders. Hope you can help resolve this.
And this is exactly why we gave you links to topics above. When you deactivate plugins, memory that plugins took is free and that's why muffin options works. You have not enough memory on server side.
In accordance to plugins, purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can read more details about this on Envato forum:
Thanks. My hosting provider has come back with this response to me.
"OK so this issue is all memory, all the accounts get a standard 64Mb allocation. It can be changed but I've got no idea how at the moment. There's no reason you would need more than 64mb of memory on the server unless you were using it do to some real calculations or hard work..
The only thing this will actually affect really is thumbnail resizing iff th theme refuses to unpack try unzipping on your machine and uploaded the unzipped files (int he same structure to the right folder)"
Not sure on how I should respond to this?
I am also having an issue that when I go to preview the site I am just faced with a blank white page without any of the wordpress details visible. i.e. the control bar at the top.
They usually say that they got 32MB-64MB set but if server is shared between too many customers, then it's usually less than 10MB. We just told you where the problem is and if your provider is not able to fix it then you must remove all plugins and work without them or you should switch to better hosting. Some of our customers got 16MB and everything works fine but this must be REAL 16MB.
It's not good to deactivate slider any time you want to change something on site and that's why we suggest to change hosting if your current admin is not able to sort it out. The problem is for sure on server side.

please check 2 topics below where this was described:

If something can not be edited or saved, please remember it's always related with settings on server side.
Thanks!
