can you tell me what this thick yellow bar is on my mobile view and how to get rid of it?

Hi,

it's header background feature. If you don't need it, please turn on "Header | Minimalist" option under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.

I toggled it off then back on again but it didn't make a difference on mobile.

Ok. So if somehow this option does not work for you, please use below css:

body:not(.template-slider):not(.header-simple) #Header { min-height: 0 !important; }

Like we wrote above, if this option somehow does not work for you, please use css that we gave you above.
