Today I have downloaded your BeTheme and installed it on the latest WordPress version. However the Revolution Slider that I created still does not want to show up on my Homepage althought I have done everything as you have described above.
I am making my website local. And I just tried to insert a layer slider on my homepage and the layer slider does show up, so it really is the Revolution Slider that gives a problem.
Is there a possible way that I can sent a backup of my files and database to you, to look into the matter, seeing that my website is made local and not online?
Hello Muffin Group, I first posted my problem on October 28. Now it's 6th. Provided the site url, provided the login details(twice) but no answer from you. Can you please let me know how can i solve the problem? Thank you!
@vladwlc We already replied on your 2 private messages. On 1st message we replied on 29th of October at 10:21 am, but on 2nd message we replied on 3th November at 1:45PM. So currently we replied on both messages.
Thank you. Sorry, i didn't check. So the problem is related to special character domains. But as i can see it's only related to mozilla and not chrome?
I met all your recommendations. Did not help. I also installed the WP again and set the revslider to the standard theme Twenty Sixteen. But the slider is not working - invisible. What could be the problem?
@ale-sap We suggest to start from Wordpress re-installation on fresh/clean database then because the problem must be somewhere deeper and might be definitely related with default WP files.
Hi I noticed there was a bug in Revslider + WordPress update that made slider to appear blank. I have encountered a problem but the fix above does not help.
I am using :RevSlider Version 5.4.5.1 | By ThemePunch
Theme Version 17.8.7 via Childtheme
I tried using Chrome & IE and still unable to edit parts in 'Slider Setting'. see here
Preview now does not show anything. All blank!!
Not only is this the case but I am unable to disassociate/remove revslider from a page.
In browsers now after update the screen is blank.
I actually had to add a background in that area so it does not come up blank
Something is wrong that prevents slider settings being edited and
now shows up blank on pages. Plus unable to sliders tied to it
please be so kind and send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. Please don’t forget to explain your issue in the messeage very clearly. Thanks
There might be few different reasons, why you get this error and this has nothing to with the BeTheme itself. Below, we list some most probable causes:
- your server might not support uploading different files than a .zip format - there is not enough space on the disc of your server - there is not enough memory on the server side, and only your admin/hosting provider will be able to check this in logs
In both cases, you need to contact your admin/hosting provider. Just in case, we include few links below that may help you as well:

- remove all extra plugins
- if above won't help, please remove all slider files via FTP and upload the latest one via FTP as well
