Can someone help ? I installed the CRAVMAGA theme in a
"Staging" area with GoDaddy hosting. I have a "Coming Soon"
page which is live right now. For some odd reason it looks like some parts of
my old AVADA template is still within this. How can I delete the MAIN BETHEME
and still keep the CHILD version...then re-install the main version.

I saw some video where they activate the CHILD version not the main version.
Not sure why that is either....

Hi,

maybe you got plugins activated that came with previous theme? In such case, we recommend to remove all plugins but if this won't help, we suggest to clear whole wordpress with [Links visible only for registered users] (plugin removes all settings, pages, posts, etc) and after that please import fresh version of demo once again.

Hi- Sorry to write again...Im having the same issue even after I deleted everything via the 'wordpress-reset' as you suggested. I dont know why this is happening...any help would be apprecaited. Im new to this and cant figure this out.

As we see, just footer is messed up. This may happen if your server is not wp ready. For widgets and all other settings import, we use wp_remote_get() function which uses loopbacks and this could be the reason. In this case, you should go to Appearance > Widgets section, and sort widgets manually. Also, you should import all other settings manually.

Im using GoDaddy- Managed Wordpress....so it should work fine. Its specifically meant for Wordpress.

I think there something in your code that is creating this issue since its happening twice- even after I completely deleted everything and started fresh.

No, it's not because of the code. We are 10000% sure about that! Hundreds of people do the same import every day without any problems what means that the problem is on server side. Just do the settings import manually like we wrote above and you will see the difference. And we are sure that your server is unable to import those settings automatically because of the limits. More than certain.

Hello

I called GoDaddy and had them look at my settings, which they said were correct. . I sent a screenshot of whats happening as well as your note. I also followed your directions and did : http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/6679/manual-import-of-muffin-options-panel

Still its not working properly. It deleted my logo on top and reset itself to the Be Logo as well as deleting the entire header slider.

I think I need a little more help or more detailed instructions becuase what you are suggesting isnt working.

Im reallly not wanting to delete everything and starting again for the 2nd time. I should not have to do that...I did not have these issues with Avada. I researched Be Theme and it said i wwas even easier to work with.

If you need more detailed instruction, then you probably should watch the videos on our YT channel. Maybe the following videos will somehow answer on your question because we really don't know how to help you as you don't want to understand that the problem is on server side, not theme. You must understand that your server does not work with wp_remote_get() function properly. Just watch the videos and see how easily our college import pre-made layouts and how this works

I was wondering why even after I switched templates- Im missing elements including the Rev Slider from the home page ? Could you please let me know how to make just the main page back to normal, the way it is supposed to be in the "DIGITAL" demo

As we see, just REV SLIDER is missing. If you would watch the videos we gave you above, you would understand how to import pre-made sliders. The same has been explained on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/15/how-to-import-revolution-slider-into-be-theme

Hello

Is it possible to HIDE A PAGE, if so how is that done. For example, in the AGENCY demo, I want to hide the PROJECTS page/tab without completely deleting in case I want to go back to it at a later time. How can this be done if at all ??

If you are using Muffin Builder tool and it's item, you can use HIDE (eye) for a section to hide what you want.

If you mean whole page, you can use Status option which is on the right hand side while editing/creating page. Currently it's Published and you can switch to a Draft so page would be visible only for you.

The menu bar is off to the right...that was part of the original design I believe. I dont want tthat. I want to center the entire menu bar. Can you help tell me how to center this. I was able to make the logo larger and center it more but was unable to do the same with the menu bar

Sorry but we do not understand. How exactly you want to center menu horizontally if you want to use the logo in the same line? Menu could be centered only, if there would be no logo. Otherwise, can be aligned to left or right side only. So if you decide what you want to do, please always provide link to page that you mean in question.
