Hi!

I imported the translator demo content to my site and the boxes in the homepage aren't in the same position as the demo.

In the demo, the content boxes ara over the main slider. How can I do it?

Hi,

looks your server is not fully compatible with WordPress. Demo settings can not be imported automatically because your server does not work with wp_remote_get() function which uses loopbacks. In such case, you must import settings manually.

I made all the steps on the manual to imports settings manually and didn't worked

I love the content boxes over the slider like the pic. Any solution?

You must did something wrong because if you would import Theme Options manually, you will get the same look. Please follow our solution once again because this is the only way to move these boxes up and it works on 100%.

I tried again and it worked, but just for a moment. Every time I change and save settings on "BeTheme Options" (appearance menu), the boxes return to the bottom of the slider, not over it.

And I'm not able to change anything! It seems like every time I click on "save changes" nothing happens! After clicking on "save changes", the BeTheme Options page stops working (nothing appears. Image attached)

So if you are unable to save Muffin Options, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:
