Betheme options not showing

Hi !

As i s do every time, i install the theme correctly on my wordpress, but there is somme issue with the "BeTheme Options" you can see issue on the screenshot. I have to click on "save changes" to see all options.

If i make modifications and i save it, it works, but if i click on "save changes" it reset the options.

Is that an issue you already seen before. Hope you can help.

Hi,

if Muffin Options are empty after installation, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

Thanks for redirection, I'v ask my host and he tells me that the max-input-vars is already 11683, then he aske me : what is the perfect host configuration for the theme ?
And i can't find that in Theme Documentation.

This value should be enough. If you are sure this is the value he set, please create php file with phpinfo() function and send us link to this file so we can have a look on yours server's settings.

I think if i can't solve the issue this week i'm gonna take a new Hosting contract at OVH...

Looks like everything is set fine. So if increasing max_input_vars variable did not helped, we suggest to increase the following variables as well: upload_max_filesize, max_execution_time, post_max_size, memory_limit

However, if this won't help, we have no idea what else might be the reason.

Ok, i solve my problem, the Hosting offer wasn't enough, so i updated it...

I had the same problem. Muffin options didn't show and couldn't be saved permanently.
I solved the problem by upgrading my server with the provider. Small packages from providers provide not enough power to serve php systems like wordpress with there themes. So better check this first.

@Poppy59 Plugins deactivation helps sometimes as well as plugins usually took much more memory than theme and it's options.
