  Hi,
  
  if Muffin Options are empty after installation, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

  Thank You for the answer. 

  I changed the memory in the wp-config, system status now says it's 256MB.

  I stopped all the plugins, and now after I clicked on Save options in the Muffin page options, now it's not blank, and I can use it. Also the Muffin builder works now.

  
  

  Using another theme, the Visual Composer just worked fine, so probably BeTheme itself is poorly optimized.

  
  

  As soon as I enable other plugins, the whole theme crashes again. I think I have to opt to another theme, until these things will be fixed.

  
  

  
  

  p.s.: Premium themes are also used by people who doesn't have any knowledge regarding any server side or configuration file modifications and also the forum posts doesn't make any sense for them. So in those cases 59 USD is a waste of money.

  Those people have all the right to expect from a so called premium theme to work out-of-the-box. Until you can't fix these (quite serious) problems with the theme I would advise you to update the themeforest page with information regarding these issues.

  There is nothing to be fixed and saying "BeTheme itself is poorly optimized" proves that you have no idea about what you are talking about. BeTheme is one of the most advanced themes with tons of features and options and there is no sense to compare it with other themes that does not have even 50% of our features. Also, changing memory in wp-config is definitely not enough. If you know how, create php file on FTP with phpinfo() option and you will see how wp_memory_limit exactly is (we are sure it's not 256MB).
  
  P.S. We can not agree with you and unfortunately we can not be responsible for your hosting. You should invest in better hosting or do not use plugins that consume whole memory. You also should to know that there is at least 0.01% of users who does not have enough memory what means it's definitely related with poor hosting.
