Hi there,

I've already imported via the demo data but the header looks nothing like the one in

http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/bar/

I see the default BeTheme header instead. So I tried setting the header style to "Split Menu", then I see the logo in the middle, but all other menu items flushed to the left. How can I get the menu items to display 2 on the left and 2 on the right?

Kindly advise. Thanks.

Hi,

we suggest to check Appearance > System Status section because this is probably the reason why import does not work properly for you.

If you don't see it, you need to update theme because you are using old version.

Hi there,

Ok, now I see the "System Status" section.

Then I proceed to download demo data for a particular layout, and I get an error message

"Sorry, there has been an error.

This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number"

Pls advice.

The error you mentioned above, is not related with
theme and that's why you don't have any issues under System Status
section. The problem might be related with functions that are not
supported by your hosting, chmods and other stuff. We suggest to check topics in Google to know some possible reasons.

Those .xml(s) were downloaded from http://themes.muffingroup.com/xmls/

How does that have anything to do with not having the latest version.

And anyway, we've already upgraded the Theme Version and still encountering the same errors, that's why we're looking for alternative ways, anything that works.

Unless your team left didn't update the .xml files in http://themes.muffingroup.com/xmls/ ??

@happydolphin Please do not download those .xml files. We do not use them since few years. Like we wrote above, all pre-made layouts can be installed with 1 click installation feature from Appearance > BeTheme Demo Data section.

We've upgraded to Bethemev12.2. But I encountered this error when I tried to import a Demo | Pre-made Layout. Kindly advice.

This error is not related with theme at all. The problem is on your server side. We suggest to look into Google where you can find some information about this error.
