edit with visual composer takes too long

Hi! 

Me and my co-worker are having difficulty editing a page using visual composer, the page doesn't load properly. We restarted our laptops and main wifi switch several times already but nothing is happening.  It has been like this for weeks already. 

Please help!

    Hi,

    do you use latest version of VC? If not, please update to latest version because recent 4.5 version does not work with other VC versions than recent.

    how would I know if I am using the latest VC version? Can you show me step by step since I cannot find it in the dashboard.

    hi i found it. under visual composer menu, it says 

    Welcome to Visual Composer 4.9

    so i think we're updated but how come up to this very moment, i still cannot edit. It appears to be loading but it is not.

    P.S. Latest version of VC is 4.11.2.1. If you will read description [Links visible only for registered users] you see what is latest VC version included into theme. We suggest to always check Updates & Changelog section where all plugins and other stuff are listed.

    Do you mean I need to buy the latest VC 4.11??

    Did you read the link to topic we gave you above? Is there any information that you need to buy latest version of VC plugin? Sorry but we don't think so. All recent versions of plugins are included into TF's package. If you will read the topic we left above, you will understand how to update plugin.

    Hi! I already read and did all the instructions in the links you gave above but there's no difference. I still can't edit using visual composer. It keeps loading but nothing is happening.

    So you are saying that you did the update and there is no difference. What is the link of site where you did this update then?

    hi visual composer is already working. I tried to edit this afternoon and nothing happened, the page did not load properly. I tried again now and it is already working. The first page I edited using visual composer was successful but this appeared on top of the page: Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=134351 in /home/mywebg5/public_html/gadgetsinstyle.com/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1811.

    We asked you for the link to your site where you did the update but we still didn't get it. Anyway, the warning you mentioned above, is not related with theme. If plugin update didn't helped, we suggest to re-install WP files on new/fresh database.
