Background image simple style header

Hi

I have problem with the background image of the simple header style.

I set the "transparent" header style for the home page and the "simple" header style -editing the splash layout- for the blog page (you can see here [Links visible only for registered users])

My problem is that i can't see the background image that I've set. Here the layout setting page pdf print

[Links visible only for registered users]

I can't find where the problem is.

Hi,

do you mean to set something like we did on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/mechanic/our-services/ ? If that's what you mean, you supposed to set header background under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section or if you want to set individual backgrounds per pages, then use Featured Image option which is on the right hand side while you create/edit pages.

But as we can see, you have header background already what you can see on [Links visible only for registered users]

Yes! I've tried to insert the image in the "featured image" of the blog page and it worked. I have my header image.

I still have the problem with the single post header image - like this page [Links visible only for registered users] . If I set the featured image, it appears in the post; anyway, I don't want to change the header for every single post.

We are sorry but it is not possible to display post's featured image as header background. For posts, you need to use Header Background option instead to display background in header.

But Layouts does not have possibility to set header backgrounds. This is the reason why this image does not appear there. The only way to set header background for single posts is below css:

.single-post #Header_wrapper { background-image: url('PATH-TO-BACKGROUND') !important; }

Perfect. It works.

The misunderstanding was that in the layout setting there is an option upload background image.

The background image which i use in the header be theme options does not appear on pages where i use no slider?
what can be the reason?
