Whenever I save an option, my whole website turns completely blank.

Whenever I save an option through Muffin Options (BeTheme), my whole website turns completely blank and empty with no contents.

The Muffin Options are still visible. It's just the front-end of the website does not work and shows empty pages.

I cannot reverse it if I reset the muffin options. The only way to reverse it is if I redownload the demo again WITHOUT saving any muffin options.

Hi,

if Muffin Options are empty after installation or does not save as should, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

I've disabled all the plugins and it still doesn't work.

Everything works perfectly fine, including the Muffin Option. The option works and it saves. The only issue is the frontend of the page will show up as empty. The only thing that appears in the frontend of the page is the background. The only way for me to reverse this process is if I click on one of the demo layout to reset the frontend.

What's the link of page which is empty then? Do you have minimum PHP version 5.6? This is what latest WP version requires and if you have older, this might be the reason why your page is empty.
