Activation of VC license

Hi guys.

Suddenly the Visual Composer does not work on the page [Links visible only for registered users](It used to).
When I go to the Visual Composer tap > Product License, it tells me to "Please activate your license in Product License tab!".

As I have the Visual Composer option though the purchase of BeTheme, I do not wish to buy a new license for Visual Composer.

The Plugin needs to be updated, but I am not able to update it without it being activated.

Any suggestions of how I can activate the Visual Composer again?
And how / why is it suddenly not activated?

I have VC 4,10.

I deinstalled the plugin and installed it again by using the "nessesury plugin" site but still it does not start on a page

@johs01 We don't understand what is your problem but purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. @busyC So if you installed latest version (4.12) and it still does not work, please send us dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] and we will check what might be the reason. Please don’t forget to attach link to current topic so we know what for the access is.
