@noclassoderberg Please contact with Google support then and ask what's wrong with your api key. Please understand that it has nothing to theme and that's why you need to contact with them only.
Hello, we already have the latest version of betheme, i generate a new api key, and make two tests...
first, inside the field for api key on advanced option.
second inside google analytics field with script tag
Nothing works here, i already read lot answers of you guys for talking with google for that issue on apikey, but can you give to us that contact ? If not, you can also make some video or post tutorial to fix this problem for us...
@joinvix Please send us dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. Please don’t forget to let us know what for the access is.
@freddybeach You need to contact with your web developer and ask him what else might be the reason because above solution is the only and we are 10000% sure it's fine.
I've the latest version of the betheme, I've justed moved the projet to the final domain and I have the problem with the google maps api code. I've generated a new api code but I just dont have the section where to insert it... I've checked and I have the latest version of the theme.
appearance>betheme options>global>advanced... but I don't have any section refering to the api code.
I am the web developer. I have the Be Theme (older version) installed on our demo server with an older version of Wordpress and it works fine. I will try disabling all plugins and see if that is it.
@claimpt If you don't have Google Maps API Key field under Theme options > Global > Advanced section, it means you don't have latest version installed.
I have generated an api key with no restrictions, enabled javascript api, and have applied the api key to the betheme options. The Google Maps loads on the page for a brief second and then I get the error. See http://hannagroup.ca/construction/contact/ for the error.
@freddybeach I have the same issue on my website. It load for an instant the map then the error. Where can I check if I have enabled Javascript, Embed and Google Maps Static API?
What worked for me was to remove the restriction in the API, at first I had chosen the HTTP referens and then I had the same problem as earlier writer that it worked for a second and then I got an error mentioning java script. Then I changed the restriction to none and now it's working so far.
Hi, sorry. I have just fixed it by selecting (again) restriction to none.
It was like that and it didn't work but it seems that emptying the cache and reverting it back from http to none works for me. Thanks for the assistance.
