Gallery not showing prettyphoto anymore

Hello,

Since a recent update, my gallery doesn't show the prettyphoto lightbox anymore. All the links are properly set, and I have YouTube links manually set as class="prettyphoto" which all work.

The links are as such:

And the DOM shows the rel="prettyphoto..." link. Any clues?
