RevSlider text disappears for inactive sessions

  We did checked your site and text layers are active of course. It does not disappear as you said.

  can you please just click on this link [Links visible only for registered users] and stay on this window, dont open the new tab, after 4, 5 sec, when website is loaded, then go to that tab, you will find the movie running, but no text layers, except top heading "nakamoto & associates is a consulting agency", and below logos. 

  
  

  second issue is, if you refresh the page and keep the main video page active, it runs smooth, but after 36 sec of complete movie, loop again starts with movie repeat but without text layers. please spend 40sec on the page and you will see the problem.

  1. Please show us on screenshot which layer you mean.
  
  2. You probably set something under the slider settings and this is the reason why there is no layers on slider. We suggest to read slider revolution documentation [Links visible only for registered users] to learn how layers, timeouts and other stuff works because we do not offer such extra customization unfortunately.

  Why do you think it should re-loop? Maybe you didn't set up these layers right and that's why it does not re-loop? We suggest to check timeouts and options for this layer only.
