Action bar is Off but it's displayed

My ActionBar is OFF but it is still displayed.
How to definitely disable? I don't want to be displayed.

As we see you don't have action bar activated so we are not sure what exactly you mean.

No, it is not. This is "Sliding Top" and this can turned off in Theme options > Layout > Header section.
