Video Player Wont Work

Hi Support,

Hope you're well.

Unfortunately my YouTube video won't work on my site: www.leadsthroughchat.com.

This error message appears instead:

"An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: Srhn2fuQeX37w3KM)".

I have also tried adding the video via the themes video player but the controls don't work. Video can't be paused or played etc etc.

Please may you advise?

We've checked your site. It looks like you've used YouTube video link instead of Video ID

Please use just video ID: f0jPesM3vmg

You can use Placeholder items on side and the video inside.

How can I remove the vimeo controls and the border like this article: http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menu/cssplay-vimeo-hide-control-bar.html

The parameters don't seem to be working.

We are sorry but we do not have an option to use VIMEO parameters with BeTheme unfortunately.
