Plugin Form How to Properly Edit

We want to customize this page and add more images and text using muffin builder but there is no Page Options to use muffin builder. Then we tried to create a new Page and embed short code of donation form. We started using muffin builder to edit like changing the featured image, adding more titles and texts but, it seems like it doesn't follow the way we want the page to look like.

When we changed the featured image and saved it, viewed it and the picture went missing.

How can we successfully add images and text to the donation form or donation page like the way we edit all other betheme pages?

Hi,

to edit plugin page with Muffin Builder, you need to contact with your developer because this requires theme and plugin files customization to make both compatible.

just to verify muffin builder is not compatible with all plugins?

if i use visual composer, will it have the same effect?

What does it mean it's not compatible? Which which plugins and what is not compatible exactly? About the VC, this plugin does not belong to us and we didn't tested it with every possible plugin but as we know, it's not compatible with many 3rd party plugins because it's technically impossible to make one plugin compatible with any other.
