not able to edit from muffin bulder

im not able to make any change or edit via muffin builder image attached already updated theme into latest version

    we suggest to disable all extra plugins and then try. We are pretty sure that one of them is the culprit.

  • i try most of the possible ways like deleting temp coockie and all
  • If you do not have any 3rd party plugins except those included into package, then all we may suggest is theme re-installation. To do this, go to FTP, remove existing theme files, download the latest from Themeforest and upload them but this time thru FTP only. During this process, make sure all files has been transferred complete.

    u know wt i'm facing this problem since two week but that time its come some time when i refresh my page prob gone but i reinstall fresh version 3 days ago and after that its a major issue for me and that i raise this....
  • also i did many things like i'm working on my client server i thought that server is slow so i make it onmy own server but still same prob then i change my internet speed by 3times but same prob my all website and everything working fine but not muffin builder even website (http://www.rhythmgraphic.com/asn1/) is working fine plz suggest me any plugin from where can i boost my admin panel or website speed

  • We did checked your site several times and we see very clear that you didn't made anything. Your files, and all stuff looks still the same and we can see that you are just waiting us to log in your dashboard and find the problem which is obviously unrelated to theme. So if this is what you wait for, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will prove your issue has completely nothing to do with the theme itself. Please don’t forget to let us know what for the access is.

    how can u say that i did nothing check latest theme version i have installed, and you told only one solution and that is install lates update right ?? and how can u see  my temp and all .. so plz don't say that  i didn't made anything...

Anyway, we checked your dashboard and looks like the problem is with the limits on your hosting side.
