Adding a Chat.

Great theme my client it's very happy!!
But as any client he wants more.... recently he made a contract with cisco and he pays for a chat. The chat has some requirements to add some script in the header but i cant find where to put it. Also i need to upload some .js to be called as a method.... ( método launchCXWidget() )
please help me... i just dont know how to do it
