Why are dynamic URL's being created

Hello! I have recently started using SEO Powersuite to improve the SEO on websites I build. One of the issues being raised by their Website Audit product is that of Dynamic URL's. I must admit to not understanding why dynamic URL's seem to have been created for each of the pages on my website.

As an example, this page [Links visible only for registered users]  also has a page [Links visible only for registered users] appearing in the report.

Are you able to offer any advice as to why this is happening, or how to fix it? I have attempted to find an answer online, but haven't had any luck.
