BeTheme Options dont work

Hello together,

i have a problem with setting up BeTheme in WordPress... If i go to "Design --> BeTheme Options" it simply doesnt do anything if i click on one of the adjustment sections (Global Adjustments, Footer, Sites, SEO, ...). The screen where the options should appear just stays white and nothing happens.

I hope you can help me with this, kind regards

    Hi,

    please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit [Links visible only for registered users]

    Hi,

    I got the same issue since today.
    Yesterday it worked but today after installing pre-build website "University" options are not available anymore. I did the same things on a staging site and there everything works fine.

    Since I don't have access to ftp server so I can't upload a php file. So any other ideas?

    The only idea I can give you Stefan is to get the FTP access because this is server related for sure. This happens on cheap hosting very often.

    Hey,
    You have suhosin script enabled. Please contact your hosting provider and let him know that you do not want it. Also, a good thing would be to increase memory_lmit to 256mb and max_input_vars to 5000.

    Hi again,

    i just emailed and talked to my provider. They told me that it is impossible to deactivate Suhosin...
    Cant i get BeTheme working properly with Suhosin running..?

    I also just noticed, that if im disabling Slider Revolution the menu is working fine.
    But if im enabling the under construction page it doesnt appear if im going on my webpage.

    This script will limit the vaules on your server, you have to demand that they remove this is script and do not let them tell you that this is impossible because it is very easy. This is a very bad hosting, I would consider changing it.
    Disabling the plugin only shows that you free up some memory space and the server lets you run the menu.
