Betheme pre-built websites Error 404

I am getting this error when trying to install any of the pre-built websites. I tried one earlier and it didn't give me that error, but now it does. The one earlier didn't work either. It appeared to add no content. How can I add a theme or demo content?

Hi,

please go to your FTP server, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit [Links visible only for registered users]

HI, please contact your hosting privder and do these things.

1. Upgrade PHP version

2. Remove suhosin script

3. Increase memory_limit and max_input_vars values.

This will help you.

I upgraded to PHP 5.6.30, removed suhosin, and increased memory_limit to 256M and max_input_vars to 5000, but I still get the error

My web host support says "It seems the "BeTheme" files were uploaded incorrectly." I am going to wipe my installation and try again. Are there directions anywhere for which files to upload? Last time I just uploaded betheme.zip and thought it was working.

You upload the theme thru wordpress by selecting the zip file, or by unziping it and manyallu copying the files to your FTP. The theme did not install correctly because of the limits they have put on your server. Now it sould work correctly.

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.
