I have Big disorder in mobile menu

Dear Support team,

I am using Betheme, my website is: hauzbiz.com. It has 3 different language: English (Main), Arabic and persian language. however, there is a disorder and bugs in all language.

I have big problem with mobile version of my website.

1. when the website open by Mobile there is a big gap between LOGO and Top menu (Or Action Bar) as you can see in this link: [Links visible only for registered users]

How can I remove the action bar (telephones and email) on the top.

I want my menu be the simple as this website menu in mobile: abroadbiz.com [Links visible only for registered users] . as you can see the menu is fix on the Top I have shared the screenshot as below: [Links visible only for registered users]

2. when I scroll down the page, as you can see in the screen shot the Hamburger button located in the middle of page, and when this situation happen, the sidebar menu is not clickable. check the screenshot: [Links visible only for registered users]

3. in the mobile version, how can I add any widget or information in the side menu. for example I want to add some info such as: telephone number, email, call to action etc. [Links visible only for registered users]

4. in the Right to left language pages such as ARABIC and PERSIAN language, in addition to above problem, there is another problem, which is menu icon hover over the LOGO, please check the screenshot. if you go to hauzbiz.com/ar or hauzbiz.com/fa you will face with the mentioned problem

Hello,

1. The gap is caused by the menu: [Links visible only for registered users]

Which is white and cannto be seen. We suggest you use the minimalist option for the mobile menu: theme options>responsive>header

2. You are showing a link from a different website than the screenshot. Please explain where to look. We checked your website and it works fine. We suggest disablin all plugins and clearing browser cache to see if there are still errors.

3. You cannot do that. You can only add menu items and the action button.

4. I do not quite understand. The mobile menu was not set, you ar using the mobile button sticky option: [Links visible only for registered users]

You should disable it and use the minimalist option with the sticky header option. It is all set in theme options>responsive>header

Hi There,

There is another disorder in Sliding Top, the Icon added in the Sliding Top in the English language is settled in the center however, in the Right to left languages such as Arabic and Persian is dropped out of the triangle. I have added in Screenshot of them

Yes The Sliding to Feature is enabled however, the icon is not locating in the right place (Center) in the other languages.

Thanks for your kind response. The icon is centered. However, I have found another problem. in the action bar, we have to section,

1. Top menu

2. Action button such as Free consultation, Phone number and Email.

in the Right to left language, the theme system relocate the element to right side from left side and vise versa. However the system but the Top menu in the center and Top Slider cover the Top menu. How can I relocate the Top menu to the left side? I added the screenshots

A lot of people while using Action Bar are telling us that it should be sticked to the right.

But, it's really easy to change with that code above.

1. Low mobile score: My 92% of visitors are coming from mobile, however, when I checked with google page insight its give me very low score for mobile. how can I increase the mobile score, for mobile users the website is very slow.

1) The "changelog.html" file is not made in the Wordpress.

This page is only made to check what was changed in that version of betheme.

You can remove that if you want, it won't affect your website.

2) To increase your page loading, you can disable plugins which are not used, compress images with tinypng.com.

We suggest not to use some kind of minify plugins.

3) You can do it using CSS code.

Of course you can do it with the BeTheme, but you would have to disable the header on website too.

4) In the section settings, exactly in the "Background | Position" dropdown menu

3. As I understood I can't remove footer for specific page, and I can remove footer when I disable header as well. so it is not work for any person or target. always I would need head and main menu.

I really have a wonder, I have created my content by muffin builder and not Visual composer, but I don't know if google can see my content created by builder. are they index and readable by google? which setting must I do from theme option?

for example YOAST and another plugin called RANK Math can't see the content in the website and plugins see these pages which created by builder as a empty page. please guide me what to do?

actually from SEO perspective, when I check Page View Source, the codes of my website is not clean and very mess to get rank in the google. kindly please check the both website as below and see how clean and optimized the first website:

3) You can only disable the footer and header, not separate.

So, you can hide both of them or any of them.

About the content of muffin builder and google visibility.

Tell me, do you use the Yoast SEO plugin or you just give us an example?

Because if you do, you have to use the Builder >> SEO functionality.

Thank you very much for your kind feedback. I am wondering what we can do to optimize the code of backend to optimize the web from SEO perspective? Google perefer the code in order and clean order, however if you checked our codes in the frontend, the way google see our code is a bit messed. please check the link of our main page codes.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to optimize it/minify it.

You can only hide it in the "static" file, but it's necessary to do it only when your website is done and do it every time when you change something.

It just be hidden in "style-static.css" file.

1) You can do it only with the custom css.

You have to catch the id of certain page (it's in the body tag) and create code like this:

body.page-id-123 #Footer{display:none !important}

Remember, that all CSS code should be pasted in the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

2) Please turn on the parent theme and disable all of the plugins.

Remember to clear the cache of your browser after that

3) Did you use the "Font-Family" tag properly?

1. I can't find the page ID, where can I find it?

2. I have done it but nothing is changed. I have activated parent theme( Main bethem) then deactivate all plugins, then clear browser cache, then activate child theme and activate all plugins but nothing is changed, same problem.

3. yes I have added it but nothing is changed. in the custom CSS I added - font-family: ¨Tahoma¨, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif - but thing changed. Actually If I can change all font of specific page is better,

what should I write? what code exactly to change all h1, h2, .... paragraph of the specific page?

2) No, I meant to switch to parent and test it while the parent theme is enabled.

It looks like one of your customizations is making this problem

3) To change the headings font family in betheme you dont have to make any custom css'es.

Please go to the Theme Options > Fonts > Family and change "Big Headings" value

Even if it's separated it could touch some similar settings which are inherited from parent elements.

I strongly suggest to test it for a moment - remember to clear the cache of your browser after switching the themes.

3) In this case, you should use HTML tags with inline CSS code to change the font for Persian text.

2. Pablo, each time ı am explaining you the problem, your answer doesn't work. I am just wasting my time. why are you asking again the same question. I have done it. I have told you before. what is the reason you are asking me again I don't understand. I am trying to slove bunch of your theme problem. just look at my ticket even many problem I am facing didn't explain. I am asking you to have join session to explain, no reply from you. I am waiting for weeks and no progress. can't you see thounds of bugs in your theme. please help me to solve the problem. I am really tired of your theme. If you can't solve them I want to change your theme. the problem is not 1 2 3 it is many and all you answer instead being supporting and helpful, just explaining the problem again. I am not naive in WP please.

your testimonial have a problem, your header has many problem, dorpdown not working in the action bar, when I changed the language of theme (right to left langugae) your action bar not located in the right place, the breadcrumb as well not located in the right place, the mobile menu buttun in the right to left language not located in the right place, when I active Custom WPML language switcher from betheme option it show in 2 place in mobile version. I am really made at your theme bugs and you are not helpful. how can I go forward? itis long time I am trying to slove my problems

I have one request from you, please try to understand my problems and don't make your default that I am wrong and your theme woking fine. PABLO, it really take my time and energy each time I am explaining you. your theme heading having many problems. I am explaining you as below

Action Bar Dropdown feature: To be honest it is not normal that the TOP menu (which you call it action bar) doesn't have dropdown feature. I am using different theme and all has dropdown feature. in the beginning even you didn't know that action bar doesn't have drop down feature. the example of dropdown feature in the following link: [Links visible only for registered users]

Problem01: your theme in the TOP menu, doesn't have dropdown feature.

Problem02: (Language switcher) When I activate Theme Option/ header & sub header option /Extra/WPML/Custom swticher style/drop down check the link [Links visible only for registered users] the dropdown language switcher is showing in the mobile menu header check the screenshot: [Links visible only for registered users] the mobile minimalist is already is on. please don't tell me we should turn it on. it is a bug. the dropdown language swicher need to show just in main menu.

Problem03: (Action bar Mess) when I switch from LEFT-TO-RIGHT (English) language to RIGHT-to-LEFT language, how you couldn't noticed that your header and sub-header relocation is totally messed up, and the elements are relocated in the wrong places. it is happening in Persian and Arabic language.

The principle is simple and it need to as following: the element locating in the left side, also starting from the left side in the English language, they need to relocated in the RIGHT side of header and also starting from RIGHT side of header and sub-header in terms of RIGHT-TO-LEFT language. isn't it a simple logic?

please check your theme which is totally mess in terms of relocation of elements in the action bar
