Like I said in the initial post you have to view it on smaller than 768px. The one you are viewing's alt tags are in the HTML of the template. It's not the theme's auto injected logo. On smaller than 768px it is the theme's and there are no alt tags…

Yeah but the alt tags are empty. I'm sure it's filled but where is the page title being set in the theme?
