The space has been decreased. Now, just padding for Subheader left. We thought that you set it up and want to leave it like that. If not, you can remove padding for subheader under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section.

It's because your title breaks into 2 lines while there if fixed height of header. What you can do is increase client's slider header height what can be done with below css:.clients_slider .clients_slider_header { height: 60px !important; }

The content from Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section is saved in the database but you won't be able to get these settings because theme settings are encoded to be safe. If this would help you somehow, it's wp_options table…

If you used huge number of keywords and settings can not be saved, the problem may be related with limits on server side only.
