We simply checked your code and few lines that comes with recent update are missing. That's how we see incomplete files. Please update theme files thru FTP because maybe something is wrong in the method of how you do it.

Hi, these permissions are set by plugin. Our theme does not have any impact on it so there is nothing what we can do in this case. If you don't like it, you supposed to use our builder instead. Thanks!

Yes, we agree that's it's stupid but this comes with WordPress itself. It does not come with the theme. So your request, should be sent to WP developers.

Hey, background images can be set per SECTION items, just like you did it on your site already. But to make columns transparent, you must use extra css:.column .column_attr { background: transparent !important; }
