Hi, you have no inner pages currently and that's why you don't subheader with title. On homepage, you have slider and that's why subheader is invisible. On our demo, subheader also does not appear on homepage where slider is. Thanks!

It is possible when you got slider set up for page. When you create/edit pages, under Page Options section you have an option to activate slider.
