Sorry but we do not offer theme files customization. So if you want to customize files, you should contact with your developer if you don't know how to do this. Or you can use another header style if you want to get extra stuff like cart in header. …

@binyaminmellish We do not noticed anything like that on our side and to be honest we have no idea what this could be. You should turn off all extra plugins and remove custom css's but if this won't help, then we do not have other suggestions.
