Hi, some items are raw/text shortcodes and you can find them under []+ button which is inside default WP editor.

This is first time when we see something like that. In this case, we recommend to deactivate plugins. But if this won't help, you should re-install theme files but only via FTP to be sure that all files will be transferred properly.
