On our side, and for thousand of other customers it works immediately. After you save content, you see everything in front-end. This must be cache on your side then because we do not see anything else.

@Lilyjimz But this is what we refer to for all the time. The theme files you upload is named betheme.zip. Your file, is complete TF package which contain 2 versions of theme, doc, slides and much more. You are installing the wrong file.

Hi, you use old theme version which is incompatible with latest wp 4.3. We recommend to update theme files. But if this won't help, then please deactivate all extra plugins.

There is no need to make menu and action bar transparent because all you will get will be white background because this is what is behind of these elements. But you probably want to display logo behind them what is unfortunately impossible.

There is no need to give us access because theme does not have any impact on that behave. You need to contact with server admin as we wrote above because everything can be read from server logs only.
