@lulugoh These are items and unfortunately that kind of solution can not be made this way. This kind of item may have no sense and won't be useful. Some items may work as raw/text shortcodes only.

Hi, we do not have any option to set "Hover item" height so it won't be possible with built-in options. You can try to do this with custom css but we can't guarantee that this will be possible. Thanks!
