We need to contact with plugin's author because this errors is not related with theme at all. You can switch to default theme and you will see that this works exactly the same. So all we can do in this case, is contact with plugin's author.

Hi Greg, logo can be changed under Theme options > Global > Logo section. Responsive is for mobile devices only. But favicon you can change under Theme options > Global > General section.

Hi Daniele, this option was already added into theme and is under Theme options > Global > Advanced section. It's Table Prefix. Please change it and this should help. It's because you use multisite for sure.
